$650 7pm-9am Overnight Hunt Investigation

This option includes-

1. Access to the house and grounds for a 14-hour investigation. The house sits on almost 3 acres, is 6 levels, and over 5,000 square feet.
2. You may have up to 8 team members for the investigation
3. High speed Wi-Fi will be available
4. Sleeping accommodations will be provided. The beds will be made with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows.
5. We will have cots available if you choose to sleep in the cellar, basement, or attic.
6. Two bathrooms with showers are available and include fresh towels and wash rags. Shampoo and soap will be provided upon request at no additional charge.
7. A brief history tour of the house and property will be given at 7pm
8. A packet will be provided containing names, dates, and a short history of the house as best we know at this time. We are learning new things all the time.
9. Some snacks and soft drinks will be provided, including coffee and bottled water.
10. We have a refrigerator and microwave available for your use.
11. No additional fee for filming or livestreaming your investigation
12. An equipment base and charging area will be provided.
13. We are not a museum so you can enjoy sitting on the majority of the furniture in the house.
