 Paranormal Investigation and Research

Thank you for considering an investigation of The Knight House for you and your team! The majority of the proceeds from every investigation will help us continue the 200-year history of this beautiful home. Our focus is on maintaining and further preserving the house and history for everyone to enjoy. We feel the house and spirits are ready to tell their story. ​​​

House Accommodations and Overnight Sleeping Arrangements

Welcome to The Knight House! Our accommodations include electricity, heating, and cooling, with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. With two fully functional bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. During overnight investigations, enjoy cozy sleeping arrangements with fresh linens and pillows, featuring two queen beds, one twin, three singles, and two comfy cots for your nights stay.

Half  Night Investigation

$250 plus tax   
7:00pm-3:00am

This option includes-

  1. Access to the house and grounds for an 8-hour investigation. The house sits on almost 3 acres, is 6 levels, and over 5,000 square feet. The House is heated, cool, with 2 fully functional bathrooms.

  2. You may have up to 8 team members included in price.  An additional $25 per member for up to 12 people max.      ​

Full Night Investigation

$350  plus tax 
7:00pm-9:00am

This option includes-

  1. Access to the house and grounds for a 14-hour investigation. The house sits on almost 3 acres, is 6 levels, and over 5,000 square feet.The house is heated, cooled, and has 2 fully functional bathrooms

  2. You may have up to 8 team members for the investigation. You may add an additional 4 team members for $25 each for a maximum of 12 people. 

  3. Beds are available to sleep in!

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
WE DO NOT ALLOW 3RD PARTY EVENT BOOKINGS! ONLY ONE TEAM AT A TIME IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE!

  • Only one reschedule date will be allowed and you must reschedule at least 7 days prior to your reserved date.  If you do not reschedule with proper notice, you will forfeit the paid amount and will have to pay again upon rebooking at a later date.

  • We understand that emergencies and life happen so if you need to cancel, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis if a reschedule is warranted last minute. Also please contact us ASAP by phone at 615-943-4090

  • If you and your team are going to be late, you must notify us ASAP. If no members of your party show up within the first half hour of your allotted time, then you forfeit all money paid and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • No refunds will be given

The Knight House is privately owned and operated. No trespassing is allowed. The premises are monitored 24/7 with video surveillance, inside and outside the house. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

THE RULES:

  1. Everyone must sign a liability waiver before investigation or tour begins.

  2. Only one team per investigation is allowed.

  3. There is nothing demonic or evil about the spirits of this property or house. Also, there are no demons, skinwalkers, ect... on the property or in the house

  4. No smoking or vaping in the building. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the building in several designated areas.

  5. No drugs or alcohol on the property, including the building.

  6. BE RESPECTFUL! No instigating or provoking of the spirits that once roamed the halls of the house. We expect that you treat the spirits with respect, just as you would the living.

  7. No conjuring, rituals, or magic are allowed on the property. If caught doing so you will be asked to leave.

  8. NO Destruction of property. (Should this happen, you will be held responsible for replacement or repairs)

  9. We are all adults. We ask that you clean up after yourselves.

  10. Throw all trash in the trash cans

  11. Please do not relocate or move furniture without the permission of the staff.

  12. Please make sure to end your investigation at a proper time and plan on leaving the location when your time is up.

  13. Harassment, threats, intimidation, fraudulent activities, or association with known violent activity or offenders that creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THOSE THAT HAVE IGNORED THE PROPER ETIQUETTE OR RULES TO LEAVE AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL IF WE FIND OUT RULE 13 HAS BEEN VIOLATED (EVEN BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DATE) AND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND.


In the event you are asked to leave and/ or violated the above rules, there will be no refund given. Reserving a date and paying means you agree to our terms and rules. No refunds will be given!
